Arika & The Amoebas is an independent music, video, and art project, an ongoing attempt by a lifelong artist with a Master’s in Fine Art combining their skills to create work that once required corporate backing, large crews, big budgets, and institutional oversight. "I make it all with a laptop, a phone, my voice, some acting, and persistence. I am not Arika [she’s my creation], and I don’t sing or play the instruments you hear. While I use AI, I remain fully in control. Each piece is shaped through an organic, experimental process using video, audio, and imaging tools alongside AI. I write all my lyrics, and everything is produced independently."
